BMI



So here is my BMI as of today. A healthy BMI is 22.00. I am working my way to that. I have kept up with my Wii workouts everyday doing at least 45 minutes. I have really been working hard on my eating. I have just been trying to not eat sweets. I swear everyone around me wants to eat them. My mom buys all kids of cookies and sweets for the kids. I go in the kitchen and its like they are calling me by name. "just one bite won't hurt" Yeah right. I don't know how to take just one bite. Thats my problem.

Time to Buckle Down

So the kids finally went back to school today. As much as I love having them around, it was time for school to start. I can really buckle down and start working out now. I've done ok these past couple of days, but I have to do better. I've been doing good with only eatting half of whats on my plate. I did cheat on Sunday....but hey I was watching the Chargers WIN. Today instead of 30 minutes of working out I'm gonna try 45 minutes. I will let you know how it goes.

New Year....New Me!

Wow....2010 is really here. Today is the day that I finally take back my body. I'm 28 years old and after having 3 babies, well they aren't babies anymore........

I decided that its time to lose what I like to call "baby fat". Since my littlest one is already 3 its time to get on it. I got wii fit plus for Christmas to help me along the way. I love to play video games, so I figured this has to be an easy way to excersie. I have over the years tired to lose weight but with out any sucess. I don't think that I'm over weight, Im just not where I want to be. I love to eat ( I mean I really love to eat), so I just need to find a middle ground.
