
So here is my BMI as of today. A healthy BMI is 22.00. I am working my way to that. I have kept up with my Wii workouts everyday doing at least 45 minutes. I have really been working hard on my eating. I have just been trying to not eat sweets. I swear everyone around me wants to eat them. My mom buys all kids of cookies and sweets for the kids. I go in the kitchen and its like they are calling me by name. "just one bite won't hurt" Yeah right. I don't know how to take just one bite. Thats my problem.
